Dr. Yousif Asfour & Sandy Molloy
Yousif is an experienced technology executive with experience as CIO and CTO in the USA and Middle East. He is an experienced and dynamic leader who has successfully built high performing technology teams that lead the transformation of several organizations in various industries including technology, government, and higher education.
Yousif currently serves as Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer at the American University of Beirut. Most recently, Dr. Asfour was the President of the CIO Lebanon Association, the founding CIO at NYU Abu Dhabi).
Dr. Asfour received a B.S. and M.S. in electrical engineering from Northeastern University and a Ph.D. in cognitive and neural systems from Boston University. In addition to several publications in professional journals, Dr. Asfour also holds a patent related to fast data transfer for multi-processor systems.
Sandy started her career in teaching at universities and colleges in Australia, Greece, USA, and the UK.
In the 90s she joined an American Global IT company and worked worldwide in Europe, Middle East and Africa in a variety of sectors. After some training in Organizational Development in the Learning Lab at MIT, she took on roles such as Director of People, Culture and Communications and Head of Leadership Development UK Operations and embedded processes for significant cultural change. She later consulted in team dynamics and leadership at New York University, Abu Dhabi and The American University of Beirut.
She is a NeuroLeadership coach and has written articles on leadership, managing change, and cultural transition. She studied leadership and lived with tribes in Kenya over an eleven year period and presented on television and radio.
Sandy has a passion and inexhaustible energy for helping people realize their full potential.
She is a Master of the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development, a psychometric practitioner and currently working on neuro somatic mindfulness.
